· User-Generated Content: Any content you input or generate during your use of CandyAI, such as chat messages, may be used by us for the purposes of improving the application and the AI's performance. However, we will respect your privacy and not disclose such content to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

· As-Is Basis: CandyAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

· No Liability for Consequences: We are not liable for any damages or losses that may result from your use of CandyAI, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider of CandyAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the application, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any rights of others.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of CandyAI after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
